El Grupo Legislativo del Partido Verde Ecologista de M\u00e9xico (PVEM) present\u00f3 una Iniciativa que tiene como objetivo reconocer, proteger y garantizar la inclusi\u00f3n de todos los pueblos y comunidades ind\u00edgenas u originarios asentados o residentes, temporal o permanentemente, en el territorio veracruzano, de acuerdo con el Cat\u00e1logo Nacional de Pueblos y Comunidades Ind\u00edgenas y Afromexicanas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Correspondi\u00f3 al diputado Urbano Bautista Mart\u00ednez presentar dicha propuesta durante la Sexta Sesi\u00f3n del Segundo Periodo Ordinario del segundo a\u00f1o de labores. Desde la tribuna, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el actual Art\u00edculo 6 de la Ley de Derechos y Culturas Ind\u00edgenas del estado de Veracruz enumera 13 pueblos ind\u00edgenas: n\u00e1huatl, huasteco, tepehua, otom\u00ed, totonaca, zapoteco, popoluca, mixe, chinanteco, mazateco, maya, zoque y mixteco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
En continuidad con las recientes reformas a los art\u00edculos 2\u00ba de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos y 5\u00ba de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Estado de Veracruz, la actualizaci\u00f3n propuesta precisa que el Estado deber\u00e1 garantizar que no exista exclusi\u00f3n alguna por motivos de denominaci\u00f3n o falta de enumeraci\u00f3n taxativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Fundamentada en los estudios y datos t\u00e9cnicos proporcionados por la Direcci\u00f3n General de la Academia Veracruzana de las Lenguas Ind\u00edgenas (Aveli) y la Subdirecci\u00f3n de Investigaci\u00f3n de las Lenguas Ind\u00edgenas, la Iniciativa con Proyecto de Decreto por el que se reforma el mencionado Art\u00edculo 6 fue turnada a la Comisi\u00f3n Permanente de Asuntos Ind\u00edgenas y de las Comunidades Afrodescendientes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
